Return Policy

Warranty – after-sales service

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee for any reason subject to the product being in its original packaging and unused.

We shall guarantee the hardware products against malfunction for a period of 12 (twelve) months, as of the date of delivery to the Client. This warranty shall also cover parts. Software products guarantee shall only be covered for a period of 6 (six) months, unless otherwise agreed. Warranty does not cover products damaged by incorrect use or handling not in accordance with accepted practice or with the instructions provided by us. Likewise, it does not cover products that have been modified or repaired without prior written authorization from us.

All products will include a serial number sticker, which clearly states on it that if removed, no warranty shall be honored.

We shall provide an exchange service for all our hardware products if they malfunction. Products shall not be modified or repaired by other entities without prior written authorization from us.

Support requests regarding the products shall be sent to us via e-mail to support@global-diagnostics.co.uk or our WhatsApp.

In case there is a need for repair of the products, Client shall send it to us for repair and we will exchange it with a working unit. If the warranty does not cover the exchange, we shall invoice the Client for the exchange, for the amount agreed separately.

 

LIMITATIONS & EXCLUSIONS

In addition to any other limitations and exclusions in this warranty, we are not responsible for, and this warranty does not cover:

  • usage in the manner other than its original purpose
  • failure or defects due to accident
  • damage device while doing device firmware updates incorrectly
  • damage device while using other suppliers power source or cables when powering up from external power source
  • damage device while using it with no cables and adapters or other accessories
  • damage device while using it in conditions not compatible with conditions described in device user manual instructions

 

Product return and exchange

We are selling professional diagnostic equipment and tools intended for professional use. We can help you to solve problems if something is not working, but if it’s working and you don’t know how to use it we can’t assist you with this. Our experienced specialists will assist with all possible information, but basics of electrical works must be known to use professional equipment. If the equipment is not working properly, we will repair it or change it to another working unit. It is your responsibility is to ensure the product meets your requirements before buying. If you not convinced that product meets all your requirement, please do not buy any equipment from us.

You are expected to pay shipping and tax, for returns or exchanges, unless prior agreement with us. We will only return your money back once, we have received your returned product(s). Likewise, we will not be shipping a replacement unit until we have received the product(s) that you are intending on exchanging. 

 

Force majeure

In case of force majeure, any party (we or Client) acknowledges fully or partially not to be able to perform his obligations, this party shall immediately notify in a written form about the force majeure and present their description.

 

Dispute resolution

Disputes shall be, in first hand, settled on the basis of mutual negotiations based on goodwill. Should amicable settlement fail within a reasonable period of time, the dispute shall be settled in the court under our local country legislation.
