30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, provided the product is in its original packaging and condition. Lack or damage of original packaging usually leads to deterioration of sales value. We retain the right to refuse a return or charge an additional restocking fee if there is obvious wear, damage or missing parts.
You have exactly 30 days from receiving your item to test and ensure that it meets your needs. Please make sure to keep all the original packaging in good condition and take precautions not to damage or wear the item during this period. You may not return it after this 30-day period is over.
To initiate a return, contact our customer support team via Email or WhatsApp (green icon at the bottom), quote your Order Number and state your reason for returning. We reserve the right to verify the issue before proceeding with the return.
If your return request is accepted, we will provide the return address and further instructions. You are responsible for securely packing the item and all shipping costs, including any duties and taxes. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be processed.
**The guarantee does not apply to items that are sealed due to hygiene reasons or consumables**
Refund Process
We will process your refund once we have received and inspected your returned item(s). We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s). The refund amount will be adjusted for any shipping costs, taxes and duties, missing parts, packaging, defects, or damages.
If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Strictly No Returns or Refunds on Digitally Delivered Products and Services
Due to the nature of digitally delivered goods and services, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds. Please carefully review item descriptions and contact us with any questions before placing your order to ensure you purchase the correct product.
We do not accept return or refund requests for PDF manuals, software or any other digital products once they have been digitally delivered, such as when a download link has been provided or software has been installed. Some types of goods are exempt from being returned for a refund when they are unique software licenses locked to a serial number or user account. Similarly, services such as OEM registration, software loading, software licensing, etc cannot be refunded once the service is offered.
However, you may request a cancellation and refund before your order is digitally delivered.
Force Majeure
In the case of force majeure, any party (we or the client) that is fully or partially unable to perform their obligations must immediately notify the other party in writing, describing the force majeure event. Global Diagnostics shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or governmental actions.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be settled through mutual negotiations based on goodwill. Should an amicable settlement fail within a reasonable period, the dispute will be resolved in court under our local country legislation.
