Delivery

I have placed my order. How are the goods delivered to me?

All digital goods and services will be delivered electronically. You will not receive physical items like a hard drive or USB drive. Once you have placed your order, we will contact you via WhatsApp within 1-2 business days for remote installation or send you a download link.

For physical goods, we dispatch most of our orders on the next working day. We do not guarantee arrival times. You can use the tracking number provided to track your package location and expected delivery date. For international delivery, please check your email often, as the courier company could contact you if they require any additional information or documents from you. Not providing the required documents promptly could delay your delivery. Read delivery information for more details.

Do you offer other delivery options?

Yes! We ship our orders using either Royal Mail, FedEx, UPS or DHL. If there is a specific delivery service you would like us to use, for example DHL Express, just let us know. You may have to pay extra.

Where is my order?

If you missed your order, you can reschedule your delivery by contacting the courier or through the delivery confirmation emails from the courier.

Warranty and Returns

What is the warranty on your digital goods and services?

We will provide technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance services for 6 months, as of the date of delivery, unless otherwise agreed. Customers under warranty can expect readily available technical support in the case of software malfunction, for FREE in most cases unless stated otherwise. Read warranty for more details.

What is the warranty on your physical goods?

Our physical goods come with a twelve (12) month warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers both hardware and software malfunctions, including parts. It does not cover damages from incorrect use, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications. Removing the serial number sticker will void the warranty. Read warranty for more details.

Do you provide returns or refunds?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for products in their original packaging and condition. To initiate a return, contact our customer support with a valid Proof of Purchase. Shipping costs are your responsibility. No returns or refunds are available for digitally delivered products once delivered. Exceptions apply under specific conditions. Can I cancel my order before it's delivered to me and get a refund?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it's dispatched and receive a refund. Simply contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp to request the cancellation. Once the request is processed, we will refund your payment through your original method..

Do you provide technical support?

Yes, we provide technical support. For digital products, we offer support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for six months from the delivery date. For physical goods, we guarantee hardware and software for twelve months, covering any malfunctions and parts. Free support and advice for software issues is available via WhatsApp and TeamViewer.

How do I get technical support?

To receive technical support, you MUST have WhatsApp and a valid proof of purchase ready. Go to Tech Support and request for tech support. Our member of staff will answer swiftly to assist you.

What is Teamviewer and how do I install it?

Teamviewer is a remote access and control computer software. We need it to remotely access your computer so we can install or repair software on your computer without being physically present. On your computer, use the download link provided [Teamviewer] to download Teamviewer QuickSupport. Select the correct operating system and follow the prompts to install Teamviewer.

What are your operating hours?

We work Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm GMT/BST, and will answer any messages as soon as possible.

Do you accept secure payment methods and is your website safe?
