Warranty and Aftersales Service
Digital Products and Services
For customers who have purchased our digital products and services, we provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services for six (6) months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Physical Goods
For customers who have purchased our physical goods, we guarantee both hardware and software against malfunction for twelve (12) months from the date of delivery. This warranty also covers parts. It does not cover products damaged due to incorrect use, improper handling, or failure to follow our provided instructions.
Additionally, this warranty does not apply to products that have been modified or repaired without our prior written authorization. All products include a serial number sticker; if this sticker is removed, the warranty will not be honored.
Exchange and Repairs
We offer an exchange service for all our hardware products in case of malfunction. Products should not be modified or repaired by third parties without our prior written consent.
Support requests should be submitted via our Technical Support page: Tech Support.
If a product requires repair, the client must send it to us. We will exchange it with a functioning unit. If the warranty does not cover the exchange, we will invoice the client for the agreed-upon amount. The client is responsible for all shipping costs, including duties and taxes. We will not be shipping a replacement unit until we have received the product(s) that you are intending on exchanging.
Technical Support
Customers under warranty are entitled to free technical support for software malfunctions, unless otherwise specified. Support will be provided exclusively via WhatsApp and, if necessary, remote connection software such as TeamViewer. Therefore, customers must have a fast and stable internet connection to receive support.
Our warranty and support services ensure that the products you purchased function correctly and as expected. However, we do not offer training on how to use the products. Our products are intended for professional use only.
Limitations and Exclusions
In addition to other limitations and exclusions outlined in this warranty, we are not responsible for, and this warranty does not cover:
- Usage other than its original purpose
- Failure or defects due to accidents
- Damage during incorrect firmware updates
- Damage from using other suppliers' power sources or cables
- Damage from using the device without the proper cables, adapters, or accessories
- Damage from using the device in conditions not described in the user manual
