Processing Your Order
We prepare every order with care. Most orders ship from our location within 1 working day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Custom-made orders or orders placed during large sales, promotions, product releases, and holidays may require additional processing time, which can be up to 1-3 additional business days.
If you notice an error on a recently submitted order, please contact us immediately. We’ll help you get it fixed!
Shipping Your Order
We work with various courier companies, including Royal Mail, FedEx, UPS and DHL, to offer the most convenient, reliable and extensive shipping options. Shipping availability, rates and speed may vary based on location. By default, we choose the shipping option that we think is the best for you.
If you have a preferred shipping company or option, contact us so we can arrange this for you. Please note this may incur additional costs.

The timeline for your chosen shipping option begins the day we ship your package, not the day we receive your order. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates. Shipping speeds can be impacted by a number of factors beyond our control. Customs checks, severe weather, supply chain shortages, and other challenges may result in unanticipated delays. We will not be held liable nor offer reimbursement for these types of delays.
International Orders
Global Diagnostics’ international shipping rates do not include duties, taxes, or import fees. These fees vary by destination and courier and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. We assume no responsibility for these charges. Please check with your local authorities for more information.
Tracking Your Order
You can track the status of your shipment by entering your Tracking Number here.
If you do not see your order right away, please don’t be alarmed! Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to appear. Once your order is delivered, we will send a confirmation message (email or SMS) to let you know!
Returned Orders
If the courier cannot complete delivery due to address typos, service disruptions, or other issues, they will return the order to us. Please notify us at support@globaldiag.co.uk immediately if this is the case. Once we receive your message, we will arrange a resolution, which will be dependent upon the circumstances.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders
If an order is declared lost during delivery by the courier company, we will arrange a resolution dependent upon the circumstances. Usually, this involves a refund. Please note shipping fees are non-refundable.
Global Diagnostics will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage after shipment or delivery.
