Technical Support
If you have recently bought something from us and are in need of technical support, you MUST provide the following:
- Proof of Purchase (To show what and when you've bought from us - invoice, email confirmation, eBay purchase history, etc.)
- Brief description of issue, including pictures or videos if possible
Technical support is readily available for customers under warranty and will be provided via WhatsApp only, as it allows for easy communication, including the sharing of texts, pictures, and videos.
Please make sure you have a fast and stable internet connection so we can provide remote support!
