Global Diagnostics were highly recommended to us during the search for a software solution needed for our work on construction equipment, went above and beyond with technical expertise to tailor our package and provided superior onsite support. Only tested on a GL350 so far, easy too diagnose. Looking foreward to explore more of all of the possibilities this package offers.

Unfortunately this did not work on my 2016 Jaguar XE. However, the team were extremely helpful in setting the software up and getting it working on my laptop. While I could link to my car, I was unable to see the ecus.
Global Diagnostics were again very generous with their time trying to resolve the issue and were then happy to issue a refund at my request. While disappointing that the software did not work with my car I can't fault the customer service from the team.

Worked out of the box has communicated with all CNH tractors I have used it on and also cleared fault code off McCormick tractor with Iveco engine. Good communication from Global Diagnostics will deal with them again.

What happened.
The purchased diagnostic system did not work for some reason (probably an automatic update by Windows) I called the technical colleague in the evening and he answered immediately to enable remote access. I connected the next day and he solved the problem remotely.
This is a perfect example of how a business should work.

Dispatch was fast, I received tool on 4th working day. Service and support is good and fast, I had an issue with software and with Teams View it was solved instantly. Tool seems reliable, I also had an online support for the vehicle I work.
